A LAD named Charles Hobbs, aged 17 years, son of Mr. C. Hobbs, farmer, of Munbilla, was admitted into the Ipswich Hospital yesterday morning suffering from a broken leg. He was riding a young horse on Sunday lest, when the animal threw him, breaking the small bone of the left leg. Mr. J. E. B. M'Lean, chemist, of Munbilla, temporarily attended to the injury, and the sufferer was conveyed to Ipswich by train yesterday morning. On arrival at the in-stitution, the broken limb was set, and the patient in now progreessing favourably.
